If you're familiar with the app and are comfortable with them being able to identify you using your email address, you want to choose Share My Email. Choose Hide My Email to hide your personal email address and share a unique, random address instead.
Assuming the app list is turned on (by default). Fire up Start and go to Settings. (or Press Win Key+ I) Go to Personalization. Click on Start (from the list on the left). On the right side of the settings screen, look for Show app list in Start menu toggle. Click or Slide the toggle to off position. Done!
